Walter Russell - KNOWING God

Walter Russell - It has often been declared that the human mind could never comprehend God. That statement has been based upon the assumption that the reason we could never comprehend God is that our senses could not detect God.

It is true that we cannot see God but we can KNOW Him. And therein is the essence of New Age thinking. The next hundred years will see as great a spiritual advance in the culture of our civilization as it has seen physically during the past hundred years. That which we cannot see, we can KNOW. We can see the bodies of men but we cannot see man, for the supreme Being within man is invisible. He cannot be seen. He can only be known. For the same reason we cannot see God but we can know Him, and we can know the nature of God by knowing His laws and creative processes.

  1. Seeing and knowing God are not mutually exclusive. When we actually take that journey to the core of our being, we encounter source consciousness. It is all knowing, all feeling, all powerful and most especially ALL LOVE!!! NO JUDGEMENT!!!! NOT THE AUTHOR OF HELL AND CONDEMNATION. ONLY LOVE!!!!

The most profound revelation to be derived from the encounter, [which I speak from my own personal experience and that not a unique experience but one more and more people are having-whether they understand it or not]is the realization [which is shattering in the most positive way far beyond imaginable]that we will never find the throne of God after journeying through physical space to a location far away, the gateway is tucked away in our own beings. Hidden for most, with subtle hints and ruminations, rumblings and inspirations for others, the final awareness is that Infinite Spirit, the source of all life, all consciousness and all phenomena is submerged at the core of it all. At the core of us. Always the silent witness, the subtle counselor, the hidden rescuer, the secret friend, the loving ultimate parent source to which we [who think we are many, diverse, and cantankerously disfunctional together]return in loving and relieved union. We-every single one of us and every single one of them are ONE being!!! One being. Many forms, many perspectives.

  2. Put bluntly for all to hear-You are looking at God in your mother, your father, your siblings, your friends, your neighbors and your enemies. You are looking at God in the mirror. God is looking back. Every living being is God. We are all endowed with incremental degrees of that primal consciousness.

So the trick is to dismiss all previous judgments based on differences, traditions, guilts and associations and see with the eyes of who you are so you can know that part of yourself you encounter outside your own personal perspective, from within your own personal shell. WE ARE IN HEAVEN!!! Our planet sails through heaven. It surrounds us above, below and on all sides. We are separated only in our own chosen isolation.
