Portion of The Poet - Emerson

That will reconcile me to life, and renovate nature, to see trifles animated by a tendency, and to know what I am doing. Life will no more be a noise; now I shall see men and women, and know the signs by which they may be discerned from fools and satans. This day shall be better than my birthday: then I became an animal: now I am invited into the science of the real.

Son of the Sun

I know that you would like to hear the tidings
of he whom things have not lived,
but who lived and fulfilled himself.
For you are a son of the earth,
sucked dry by the suckling earth,
that can suck nothing out of itself,
but suckles only from the sun.

Therefore you would like to have tidings
of the son of the sun,
which shines and does not suckle.
You would like to hear of the son of God,
who shone and gave, who begot,
and to whom life was born again,
as the earth bears the sun green and colorful children.

You would like to hear of him,
the radiating savior, who as a son of the sun
cut through the webs of the earth,
who sundered the magic threads and released those in bondage,
who owned himself and was no one's servant,
who sucked no one dry,
and whose treasure no one exhausted.

You would like to hear of him who was not darkened
by the shadow of earth,
but illuminated it,
who saw the thoughts of all,
and whose thoughts no one guessed,
who possessed in himself the meaning of all things,
and whose meaning no thing could express.

Vibrations, all about Vibrations

Breaking up water: Controlling molecular vibrations to produce hydrogen by Staff Writers Lausanne, Switzerland (SPX) May 14, 2014

Natural gas (methane) can be converted into hydrogen (H2), which is used in clean energy, synthetic fertilizers, and many other chemicals. The reaction requires water and a nickel catalyst. Methane and water molecules attach on the catalyst's surface, where they dissociate into their atomic components.

These then recombine to form different compounds like H2 and CO. Previous research has focused mainly on understanding how methane dissociates, but experimental constraints have limited research into water dissociation. Publishing in Science, EPFL scientists have used lasers to determine for the first time how specific vibrations in a water molecule affect its ability to dissociate. The experimental results were used to optimize theoretical models for water dissociation (University of New Mexico), which can impact the design of future catalysts.
Methane is widely used on an industrial scale to produce hydrogen, which is used as a clean fuel and as raw material to produce ammonia used for synthetic fertilizers.

The process used is referred to as 'steam-reforming' because it involves methane gas reacting with water steam. This reaction requires a metal catalyst that allows the molecules to dissociate and recombine efficiently. But while the details of methane dissociation have been studied for over a decade, the way water molecules separate has remained elusive.

Fine-tuning vibrations with lasers The team of Rainer Beck at EPFL, have shown that water dissociation depends strongly on the internal vibrations between its hydrogen and oxygen atoms. In a molecule, the atoms are not static but instead may vibrate in different ways.

In a water molecule, the two oxygen atoms can vibrate like a scissor ("scissoring"), or can stretch back and forth either together ("symmetrical stretching") or in turns ("asymmetrical stretching"). "These 'stretches' between the oxygen and the hydrogen atoms play a big role in how well or poorly the water molecule can dissociate on a catalyst", says Beck.

Controlling different types of vibrations is the key to understanding a water molecule's ability to dissociate under mild conditions. Employing nickel as a catalyst - commonly used in steam reformation - the team used lasers to precisely control how water molecules are being excited.

"If you heat up the system with e.g. a flame, you excite all the degrees of freedom at the same time", explains Beck. "You also increase its kinetic energy, so all the water molecules hit the nickel surface at higher speeds, but you have no control over the individual vibrations of the atoms. With a laser, we can selectively excite one type of vibration, which allows us to measure one energy state at a time."

The data showed that the degree of stretching vibrations between the hydrogen and oxygen atoms in a water molecule determines its ability to dissociate react on the catalyst. This happens because the laser adds energy to the water molecules, increasing vibrations to the point where they break up on the catalyst's surface. This point is called a 'transition state', where the water molecules are ready to react.

"Ideally, we want to deform the molecules before the hit the surface, in a way that we have biased the structure towards the transition state", says Beck. "This is why laser-selected vibrations are more efficient that just heating up the entire system: we are putting the energy where it needs to be to break the water molecule's bonds."

From experiment to theory The unprecedented ability to excite specific types of vibrations allowed theoreticians at the University of New Mexico to calculate all the forces between the atoms and the nickel catalyst surface, and simulate what happens when the water molecule hits the catalyst surface with each type of vibration. Without these experimental measurements, such calculations would lack accuracy.

"With our data, the theoreticians can directly compare their model to the experimental data one vibration type at a time, which is far more accurate", says Beck. "This allows for the optimization of dissociation models that can then better predict how other molecules than water or methane will react on a given surface. Our state-resolved experiments are meant to guide the development of predictive theory."

This optimization of theoretical models can also lead to the faster and more efficient development of catalysts for a range of industrial and commercial chemical reactions. As Beck explains: "You can use a computer model to e.g. vary the spacing of the atoms of the catalyst or change the structure of its surface. This is a cheaper or more efficient way to find a good catalyst, rather than having to do trial-and-error experiments. But in order to trust theoretical model, we need this data to test them against."

Magnetic Vortices

Stacked magnets and spin.  I’ve felt that parallel and perpendicular are the keys to these nano properties they are experimenting on.  It was how they create solitons that something clicked to me.  The parallel magnetic spin state can be evolved to have extra dimension spins states when the perpendicular magnetic spin thrust up through the center of the parallel spins.

Harnessing Magnetic Vortices for Making Nanoscale Antennas
by Staff Writers Upton NY (SPX) May 06, 2014

Stacked nanoscale magnetic vortices (blue and green discs) separated by an extremely thin layer of copper can be driven to oscillate in unison, potentially producing a powerful signal that could be put to work in a new generation of cell phones, computers, and other applications. This illustration shows an array of such stacked vortices, each measuring a few hundred nanometers in diameter.

Scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy's Brookhaven National Laboratory are seeking ways to synchronize the magnetic spins in nanoscale devices to build tiny yet more powerful signal-generating or receiving antennas and other electronics. Their latest work, published in Nature Communications, shows that stacked nanoscale magnetic vortices separated by an extremely thin layer of copper can be driven to operate in unison, potentially producing a powerful signal that could be put to work in a new generation of cell phones, computers, and other applications.

The aim of this "spintronic" technology revolution is to harness the power of an electron's "spin," the property responsible for magnetism, rather than its negative charge.
"Almost all of today's electronic technology, from the light bulb to the smartphone, involves the movement of charge," said Brookhaven physicist Javier Pulecio, lead author on the new study. "But harnessing spin could open the door for much more compact and novel types of antennas that act as spin wave emitters, signal generators-such as the clocks that synchronize everything that goes on inside a computer-as well as memory and logic devices."

The secret to harnessing spin is to control its evolution and spin configuration.

"If you grab a circular refrigerator magnet and place it under a microscope that could image electron spins, you would see the magnet has several regions called domains, where within each domain all the spins point in the same direction," explained group leader Yimei Zhu. "If you were to shrink that magnet down to a size smaller than a red blood cell, the spins inside the magnet will begin to align themselves into unique spin textures."

For example, in a magnetic disc with a radius of just 500 nanometers (billionths of a meter) and a thickness of just 25 nanometers, the disc can no longer support multiple domains and the spins align in a hurricane-like rotational pattern to reduce the overall magnetic energy.

The spins parallel to the disc's surface rotate around a core, much like the eye of the hurricane, either clockwise or anticlockwise. And at the core, the magnetic spins point out of the disc's surface, either up or down. So this structure, a magnetic vortex, has four possible states-up or down paired with clockwise or anticlockwise.

What's more, the core of the magnetic vortex can be moved around within a nanodisc by applying either an electric current or an external magnetic field, "so it behaves much like a particle-a quasi-particle," Pulecio said. Applying certain high-frequency electromagnetic excitations can set the vortex core moving in a circular motion about the center of the disc. These circular motions, or oscillations, are what scientists hope to put to use.

"Magnetic vortex-based oscillators can be tuned to operate at different narrowly defined frequencies, making them extremely flexible for telecommunications applications," Pulecio said. "They are also self-contained elements, about 100,000 times smaller than oscillators based on voltage instead of spin, so they could prove to be less expensive, consuming less electricity, and won't take up as much room on the device. That's especially important if you are talking about miniaturization for cell phones, wearable electronics, tablets, and so on."

For now, however, the power output of these spintronic devices is relatively small compared with oscillator technologies currently in use. So scientists are exploring ways to synchronize the oscillations of multiple magnetic vortices.

In the Nature Communications paper, Pulecio, Zhu, and their collaborators at the Swiss Light Source, Brookhaven's National Synchrotron Light Source, and Stony Brook University explored expanding the device in three dimensions by stacking one vortex on top of another, with the individual discs separated by a thin non-magnetic layer.

They investigated how changing the thickness of the non-magnetic layer affected the fundamental interactions at the nanoscale, and how those, in turn, affected the coupled dynamics of the vortices. They directly imaged how the vortices responded to high-frequency stimulation using high-resolution Lorentz transmission electron microscopy imaging.

The results: A thicker separating layer resulted in somewhat unordered motion of the coupled vortices in the two discs. The thinner the separating layer, the stronger the vortices were linked, synching up in space into coherent circular motion. This could help to overcome the power limitations of current vortex-based spintronic antennas by creating arrays of synchronized tiny oscillators through coupled 3D stacks.

The scientists are currently working with other more exotic systems to understand the dynamics in both time and space that could make spintronic technologies a reality.

"Magnetic vortices were one of the first observed magnetic quasi-particles and we are currently looking to expand our investigations to observe other newly discovered spin textures and how we might harness those," Pulecio said.

Golden Scroll of Life and Zodiac Year

Continuation of Blog Post:
Golden Scroll of Life - Decoding the Book of the Revelation of St John the Divine

96, 192, 288, 480, 768, 1248, 2016

In relation to "a Time, Times, and half Time"

Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Time = First Seal Year = 96
Times = Last Seal Year = 2016
half Time = 96/2 = 48

96 + 2016 + 48 = 2160

2160 = One Zodiac Year

So it would by one Zodiac Year, 2,160 years, until she would have to face the serpent again.

Golden Scroll of Life - Decoding the Book of the Revelation of St John the Divine

I had an interesting idea.  What if the Scroll (or Book) of Life from The Revelation of St John the Divine, is actually the unfolding spiral that exists and is patterned in all of life?  How could that be ‘tested’?

I patterned the Seals using the Fibonacci Sequence (as the tool to express the Golden Spiral) to ‘unfold’ the scroll and revealing the exact year that each particular Seal would represent being the year it would have been ‘opened’ (unfolded).

I started the unfolding of the Scroll and exposing the Seals and possibly decrypting the prophecies within by using the Golden Spiral.  Again, I used the Golden Spiral version of Fibonacci because it uses integers and leaves out fractions for ease of finding the associated year.

With Fibonacci, we start with 1, and then each subsequent number is the sum of the previous two.  1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc.  (1+1=2, 2+1=3, 3+2=5, 5+3=8, 8+5=13, 13+8=21, etc)

First, I tried to determine what year to start with.  I thought that the Time, Times, and half Time mentioned in Revelation, may equate to the singular notion of Time as being the year Revelation was written by John of Patmos: 96 AD.

So, now I have a starting date of 96 AD to start the Fibonacci pattern of unfolding the years.  I did this unfolding 7 times to correspond with the 7 Seals.  This would give me an exact year that each Seal would (or had been) open.

I replaced the starting Fibonacci number of 1 with the year 96 AD, and we can see a Golden Spiral sequence of numbers based of the starting year of 96 AD.  We’ll sequence the numbers out to give us 7 different years.  The first two numbers of Fibonacci are the number 1, hence the use of 96 twice in the beginning.

This is what results.

96, 96, 192, 288, 480, 768, 1248, 2016

(96 + 96 = 192, 192 + 96 = 288, 288 + 192 = 480, 480 + 288 = 768, 768 + 480 = 1248, 1248 + 768= 2016)

Now that I’ve gotten the years, you can see something already pretty interesting.  The 7th year results in 2016.

My next step was to go look up the dates and see if anything of importance occurred, and immediately found something extremely interesting.  I am going to be brief in descriptions of the events until later.  Right now, let’s just see if we can witness any kind of pattern that these specific years may contain.

First will be John’s prophecy of the Seal that corresponds to the year calculated using Fibonacci.  Then, we’ll see if anything that occurred in that exact year that may hold significance or can be seen to match the prophecy of that Seal.

The 1st SEAL

6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

96 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Friday.
At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Valens and Vetus.

On 18 September 96, Roman Emperor Domitian was assassinated.

On the same day of Domitian’s assassination, Nerva was elected by the senate to replace Domitian.

Domitian – thought of himself as the Lord of God.  Ruthless and disliked, especially by the Roman Senate.

The White Horse

Nerva – was Cretan.  Cretans had a reputation for their unequaled expertise of bow and arrow.

The laurel wreath was similar to a crown for the emperors of Rome.

Roman military conquests were celebrated and white horses were ridden in victory parades.
6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Many researchers have concluded that this is a very strong connection to the 1st Seal of Revelation.  Interesting that it linked to my first Year of the 1st Seal.

The 2nd SEAL

6:3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

192 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Saturday

At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Aelius and Pertinax.

On 31 December 192, Roman Emperor Commodus was assassinated.

Another Roman Emperor assassinated!  Now that is interesting!  Also of note is that 192 AD is a Leap Year as well.

How does this relate to the 2Nd Seal?

The power that was given to him was in his death.  He took peace from the known world of the Roman Empire upon his murder.  The assassination of Commodus on December 31, 192 AD, resulted in 5 claimants fighting for the title of the throne.

6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

What about the sword?

The Red Horse

Commodus thought of himself as the reincarnation of Hercules, frequently emulating the legendary hero's feats by appearing in the arena to fight a variety of wild animals.

Commodus also had a passion for gladiatorial combat, which he took so far as to take to the arena himself, dressed as a gladiator. The Romans found Commodus's naked gladiatorial combats to be scandalous and disgraceful.
Often, wounded soldiers and amputees would be placed in the arena for Commodus to slay with a sword.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodus

Commodus’ ruthlessness and love of brutality linked him to the sword.  When they assassinated him, he had acquired a sword (weapon) greater than the one he physically had wielded.  It threw 5 power players into chaos and sinister deeds against each other hoping to claim the seat Commodus had just recently vacated.

The Year of the Five Emperors refers to the year 193, in which there were five claimants for the title of Roman Emperor. The five were Pertinax, Didius Julianus, Pescennius Niger, Clodius Albinus and Septimius Severus.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_of_the_Five_Emperors

That looks like a hit as well.  What are the odds that Golden Spiral would show the first two dates as Roman Emperors being assassinated?

The 3rd SEAL

6:5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

288 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Sunday

At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Valerius and Ianuarianus.

The Black Horse

In early 288, (Roman Emperor) Maximian appointed his praetorian prefect Constantius Chlorus, husband of Maximian's daughter Theodora, to lead a campaign against Carausius' Frankish allies. These Franks controlled the Rhine estuaries, thwarting sea-attacks against Carausius. Constantius moved north through their territory, wreaking havoc, and reaching the North Sea. The Franks sued for peace and in the subsequent settlement Maximian reinstated the deposed Frankish king Gennobaudes.[75] Gennobaudes became Maximian's vassal and, with lesser Frankish chiefs in turn swearing loyalty to Gennobaudes, Roman regional dominance was assured.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximian

Here we have two Roman Emperors!  Diocletian and Maximian.  They had a military campaign against the Franks, a Germanic tribe.

The significance of this date will be completely understood upon the opening of the 5th Seal.  For now, we see that in the year 288, Maximian crushed the Franks, and the tactics used are in perfect alignment with the prophecy of this 3rd Seal.

Together with Diocletian, he (Maximian) launched a scorched earth campaign deep into Alamannic territory in 288, temporarily relieving the Rhine provinces from the threat of Germanic invasion.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximian

A military scorched earth campaign is destroying everything that the opponent needs to survive.  It is devastating.

The 4th SEAL

6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

480 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Sunday (Unbelievable. Another Roman Emperor assassinated)

At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Basilius without colleague.
On April 25 of 480, Julius Nepos, Western Roman Emperor assassinated by his own troops.

476 - 480 AD – the Fall of the Western Roman Empire

In 476 AD Odoacer deposes Eastern Roman Emperor Romulus.
In 480 AD, Nepos, Western Roman Emperor is assassinated by his own troops.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Nepos#Assassination
6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

This is the formal end of the Western Roman Empire.

The 5th SEAL

6:9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

6:10 and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

768 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Friday
The date, according to the Annales Cambriae, when Wales begins to celebrate Easter on the Roman date, at the teaching of Elbodugus.
Charlemagne rules (768 - 814 A.D.).

Charles Martel's grandson, Charlemagne, becomes the new Frank king.  He desires to spread Christianity.  As he conquers land, he extends his faith.
Called the "Father of Europe" (pater Europae), Charlemagne united most of Western Europe for the first time since the Roman Empire. His rule spurred the Carolingian Renaissance, a period of cultural and intellectual activity within the Catholic Church. Both the French and German monarchies considered their kingdoms to be descendants of Charlemagne's empire.
Charlemagne, also known as Charles the Great, or Charles I, was the King of the Franks from 768, the King of Italy from 774, and from 800 the first emperor in western Europe since the collapse of the Western Roman Empire three centuries earlier.

Seriously?  How can this be coincidence?
In the Fibonacci sequenced year of 288, the Franks were killed by Roman Emperor Maximian.  This is important from the 3rd Seal: and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
The scale has been balanced with Charlamagne, the new Frank King in 768, who is crowned as "Emperor of the Romans" in 800 by Pope Leo III.  The slain Franks of 288 AD prophecy of the 3rd Seal have acquired the white robes of peace, and can now rest knowing the prophecy has been fulfilled.

The 6th SEAL

6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

6:13 and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

6:16 and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

6:17 for the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

1248 AD - LEAP YEAR starting on Wednesday
In the year 1248, between November 24–25, a mass of limestone resting on marls slid into the valley, causing a massive landslide that destroyed many villages and caused over a thousand casualties, although the numbers are still debated. This event created the sheer 700 m north face of the mountain.
Five villages were completely destroyed by the avalanche:
  • Cognin
  • Vourey
  • Saint-André
  • Granier
  • Saint-Pérange (also called Saint-Péran)
Two villages were partially destroyed:
  • Myans
  • Les Murs (Les Marches)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mont_Granier

The monastic Carthusian Order (Roman Catholic religious order) takes its name from these mountains, where its first hermitage was founded in 1084.  Chartreuse Mountains is the mountain range Mont Granier lies within. At 900 meters, Mont Granier is one of the highest cliffs in France.

The monastery of the Grande Chartreuse, head of the Carthusian order.

(from an interview with Maxwell N. Field, Original Research of Rennes-le Château and the Treasure)

7. Have you observed the same repeatable unit of measure as Henry Lincoln has witnessed in his original pentagram?

I did not find the repeated unit of measure, but on a different and larger scale, an interlocking pentagram and hexagram. What also did strike me as fascinating were the longest lines of the geometry - but in two different sections - being the same length, 32 kilometers. They are linked, in that one turned out to be an exact blueprint for a
Golden Section which led to being the diagonal of a second huge pentagram and the other is the base of the final triangle/flat pyramid. The four end points of these two lines are three religious establishments and a collapsed mountain!

10. Mt. Granier, near Chambery, as well as its surrounds, features heavily in your research. Tell us about how it fits into your thesis?

This mountain is the northern bastion of the Chartreuse and is the highest mountain around Chambéry. Its distinctive sheer face is the result of a calamitous collapse of its terminal section in November, 1248, just four years after Montségur and the Cathar nadir, while in the Templar heyday. This landslide obliterated five villages and killed 5000 people. According to legend, the monks living near the church at Myans took refuge inside the sanctuary and the tumbling rocks stopped at the portals, hence the sacred reputation of the Black Virgin here as protectress.

The section that collapsed marked one end of the pyramid/triangle baseline, the other end being a location chosen/confirmed by Hautecombe Abbey, whose location was chosen/confirmed by St Bernard of Clairvaux, himself! The baseline, if continued through Mt Granier, bisects the two northern points of the huge pentagram to arrive at its centre. My first inkling of any alignments was from Mt St Michel (above) through the col de Granier into the Chartreuse.
When standing on the other side of the col, to the south is Chamechaude, its pyramidal outline perfectly aligned over the col de Coucheron, in an A over V configuration. To the north is the flat triangle/pyramid stretching as far as the eye can see. The Granier is the physical signpost between the two massifs and central to the wider geometry.
